• No account, login or registration.
• No email address, name or phone number collection.
• No wallet connection, signing, transactions or ownership checks.
• We never ask for — and never store — private keys, seed phrases or passwords.
• No advertising trackers, tracking pixels or behavioural profiling.
• No sale of user information.
• No user database, no user profiles.

Memes are composed and exported entirely in your browser using the HTML canvas. Your meme is not uploaded to us, is not stored on a server, and is not published anywhere automatically. Downloading or sharing a meme happens locally through your device (or, if you choose to share, through the app you send it to).

When you enter a token number, our server asks the OpenSea API for that token’s metadata, and the artwork image is fetched through our own image proxy so your browser never talks to third-party image hosts directly. That request includes the token number and standard technical request data (such as an IP address) as part of normal internet communication. We do not attach any identifier of our own to it.

CATQUALITYLOW sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It may use ordinary browser caching for images and static files so the app loads fast. Because no non-essential cookies are used, there is no consent banner.

• Lovable hosting / CDN — serves the site. Like any host, its infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
• OpenSea API — used server-side to look up Low Quality Cats token metadata.
• Supabase (Lovable Cloud) — backend infrastructure of the hosting platform. No memes and no user records are written to it by this app.
• X (twitter.com) — only if you choose to open the X composer to post your meme. Anything you do there is governed by X’s own policies.
• Etherscan — only if you choose to open the tip address in the block explorer.

Because hosting and CDN infrastructure necessarily process technical information, we do not claim that “absolutely nothing” is processed. We claim only that we do not intentionally collect personal information from users.

The tip section only displays a public Ethereum address for copying. There is no wallet connection, no signature request and no transaction initiated by this site.

This policy may change as the app changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when it does.
